During the video you will edge between 1 and 6 times. After you have done that, you will roll a Dice (set to one dice).
If the number of edges you performed and the number on the dice is the same, you might continue. If not: Restart the video and try again (of course re-roll the dice also)!
If you happen to be unlucky, try this video as well so you don´t get bored.


All warmed-up? Great!

Then we can start with some "speed edging"

But now we will roll the dice beforehand. Open https://www.random.org/dice/ and set the number of dices to 6.
Your Task is now to complete this number of edges during the Video. Good luck!


You might suspect what´s going to happen next right?

Yes. It´s time for the long edges.

Now to the interesting part:

- You will stroke at a slow pace for the whole video.

- You will edge exactly 5 times, and hold these edges for 45 Seconds (more or less every 5 minutes - no need to be exact, but they have to be spaced out)

- You are not allowed to edge, except for the above rule. Go super slow if you have to.



That was a hard one... Look how much fun Scarlet has over there!


I don´t want to rain on your parade, but we are not yet done...

One Last challenge, and potentially some homework before you are done for today.

Now it will be your goal not to edge at all. But you will re-create the action in the video, so stroke in the same speed as in the video.

Should you edge, you will pause the Video for 30 Seconds and keep track of how many times you had to pause.



Now for your homework: The number of edges you had, are the number of edges you will have to perform as homework (Due in 24h).

Rules:

- Each edge must be done separately.
- You have to hold each edge for 5 Seconds
- If you have less then 5 edges they must be done in seperate sessions, with at least 1h between them.
- If you have more then 5 edges, you must "only" go limp and wait at least 10 minutes between them.
- If you have more then 10, you only have to go limp between them
- If you have more then 10, you might complete 2 edges at once




Mhhh... you did trip and you did fall... But sadly you did not fail...

But I´m sure that will change soon. Time is your worst enemy...
