I'm in the media field, and therefore I am very aware of the laws, I olso had a law class at university about authors right, and here is what law says:

Any intellectual creation (peice of art, text, speech, ...) is subject to an author right for at least 40-50 years in most of the world, and those rights are international, so even if the server is in germany, a complain could be filled in any other country, and might get easily effective if the author of the tease live in that same country.
Only royalty free material is free to be used, if pursased correctly, if it is free there is no problem, but if you have to buy it, it might be an issue if you they are stolen (something that is never verified, so not much to worry about).
But for any other material, it is even illegal to repost them (if needed a web site should link to the image and not host it). While for using them in a webtease it is worse as they are used as part of a new intellectual creation (and yes a webtease is just like a book or a video an intellectual creation, and anyone reproducing a part or the hole of your tease without permission is infriging the law).

But GOOD thing is that, and maybe this is why milovana still exist since 2006, free porn are promotional, and as long as milovana users keep them as they are, and with to website printed, they are promoting them, so they don't need to complain. And maybe some of them are loyalty free, but it is hard to be sure about it.

I read on some post that an other website made webteases, I've already seen it, and these are promotional teases, and as it is a paid site, there is a big chance they had a deal with the photos owner.

I hope this was useful, be careful, and espacially avoid non-public content (like photo's you need to pay to get) because it might cause shuting down milovana.

Just avoid cropping the names out. A good thing is to name the model (with the same name used on website you took the images from.
This way it would be profitable for them: a free advertizing. if you are interested google "viral ad", this is the term used for internet advertisment media, that are made to be used and reused by internet users (the coca-cola menthos is great non-sexual exemple).
