Let me congratulate you on a great tease!

First up the pictures, these are just excellent. The pictures are such an important part of a tease, and many times I find them to be too much porn focused. The girls should just seduce me, just like this!
Secondly the pace and intensity of the sessions are just right. On the edge, just balancing that fine line, and sometimes stepping over it just so gently, or with a harsh whip of the Mistress!
I actually made it to the end scene, not sure where the code to the elevator was supposed to be displayed? Guess I have to look out for it better next time, my mind was a bit focused on other things once I reached the last floor...
If you have the time and energy to continue this work (please, please have!) it would be nice to have a bit more variation in Caprice´s decisions. I have only played in Normal mode so far, this might be different in the other modes, but it only took 2-3 floors to figure out the criteria to be sent upstairs or downstairs. So when asking Caprice the answer came as no surprise. One suggestion for more variation is to take into account how quickly you make the selection whether or not to ask her to proceed. Rapid question increases chances to advance, using up the entire decision countdown time mean you are week and resting in the hallway, more risk of being sent downstairs for more endurance training.
The girls on a floor are not repeating, but the Mistress is. That´s a shame. Especially when you bounce back and forth between floors it becomes a bit repetitive. I understand it is a limit in how much time to spend creating different scenarios. Perhaps a "quick fix" could be to keep the same Mistress, but put the pictures and associated stimuli in random order, and also randomize how many of these pictures should be used each time? Then at least one would not recognize the entire scene from start to finish, or even know how long it is, but still have an element of surprise.
Would also be a very nice improvement if the result from hitting the panic button was randomized as well. You could for example be sent downstairs directly, the same girl/session could start from the beginning, could be sent to another girl on the same floor or perhaps just take 60 second pause and then the session continues (it would naturally affect the mood of Caprice once you return to the hallway). This randomization could also be linked to the different girls´ personalities. So for a "mean girl" the 60 second pause option would not even be in the random list, it is just Mistress or down one floor as answer there.
As it is today, with Caprice decision criteria easy to understand (in Normal mode anyway), and panic button effect known, I figured out the most optimal way to fulfil the criteria for advancement without enduring the entire girl session. That´s not right, it should not be possible to cheat like that...
The Delay button I haven’t quite figured out the reason for. It´s more of a Skip button it appears to me...? Anyhow, I personally don´t think it should be there. You have the Panic button. You either can endure it, or you can´t. If you can that´s fine, otherwise wimp out and hit the Panic button. That´s it, to me no more options are needed. Or do it affect Caprice´s mood? If so I stand corrected and think it should remain, as any input to affect Caprice mood based on your actions during a session is good and makes the game more dynamic!
Speaking of buttons, when the girls talk about "you must endure this", the Panic button should disappear. It do not make sense to have a girl saying "there is no escape", and then have a big Escape button below... At the Mistresses the button sometimes disappear, I love this, but here the Mistress do not comment on it. So girls comment on it, but button remains, mistresses do not comment on the button appearance, but it toggles.

If the button should always be there for the girls, if that´s how you intended the game, then I would suggest re-writing some of the girl´s comments.
Just saw the 1.2 release, will upgrade. Like the new I came button, it was a concern for me during the game, what to do when I failed (not if I failed, when...).
