Can confirm something is up with the match game. The pictures load but identical pictures do not match with each other.

Hi,

Most of the time when loading .gif files either from the internet or the harddrive gives me an error. I have tried forcing it to load .gif files directly at the startup by placing only .gif files in the Domme folder, but it would then just load them.

Unhandled exception.......

I just downloaded and installed patch 26 and my antivirus (360 TotalSecurity from Qihoo) identifies both Tease AI and Tease AI Metronome as infected with malware HEUR/QVM03.0.Malware.Gen

Anyone else seen this?

For those of us just joining in this, can we get an updated installer so we don't need to track down and incrementally install all the patches? Possibly related to this, maybe I'm missing a patch, but the bottom of the main screen is cut off so that I cannot enter sub name.

This patch should get the Match Game back in working order

Patch 27

https://mega.co.nz/#!2Et31J4A!Pi8z8Qy2H ... _AwlTA4e4s

There's going to be some initial growing pains with ds715255's code. The code is great, it's the way I was gathering information about pictures that's the problem. The Match game errors here made me realize that a lot of my code concerning images will need to be adapted. I will work on that and try to get that completely switched over for the next patch, but until then there may not be proper behavior from things that require getting an image's location, such as creating domme tags. I will get everything converted as soon as I can

Please keep sending those errors in, I'm trying to keep a running log of any issues still in the air. I'll continue working through the bugs that come in as patches go out, as well as the core 4 things I'm working on to get the build stable.

I get false positives on things from time to time, never from Tease AI, but it happens in general. For what it's worth, the source code is out there and if there was anything bad in it, these guys would know :-)

You don't need to install all the patches. All you need is the Open Beta, the latest update of Wicked Tease and the latest patch and you're good to go. (if the Tease AI Open Beta is updated with the most current patch, you don't even need the patch)

If you're using the smallest UI option (768) and still can't see the whole screen you probably have display scaling options set higher than 100%. Tease AI doesn't dynamically scale well (struggling with .NET scaling options was a futile endeavor in this regard). I would like to address this further down the line, but for now there will be issues with display scaling

I made the @Run command work, I'm gonna get some sleep now but might polish it some more tomorrow. https://github.com/Milo1885/Tease-AI/pull/4

I realize this might go without saying to some, but this is a serious security flaw. If the version you run has support for this command, you will need to check every script for any run command and ensure that the files being run are virus free, or you may get more than a tease.

Given that we have the ability to play audio files (for instance) would it be possible to get a command that is accessible in keyword/response scripts that would let us run commands that are normally reserved for module scripts? For example, if we have a few different mp3 files of moans, we would be able to create entries in the moan keyword file that would play the audio file either instead of, or addition to any text. The same could be said for showing pictures, and other things?

Edit: It would be simpler to just have these commands accessible from keyword/response files (obviously).

Edit 2: Is anyone else getting an exception on @ShowFemdomImage commands?

Okay I converted all the code that loaded pictures, so this patch should eliminate any remaining "Empty URL is not allowed" errors. Please let me know if you still get any and include any crash reports you get

Thank you very much for reporting this. This is a serious oversight and may be the reason some people's Domme Image Folders didn't work correctly or why sometimes it throws an out of range exception when trying to load images for some people. I will get this addressed in the code and fixed for the next patch

I had the same concern with the code because there's no way for the user to have control over what they're running unless they check every script, as kopal said

vedovn, can you make a list of suggestions about what kind of external programs would be good for Tease AI to be able to open with Commands? That way, there could be separate Commands for each, and the user could set the filepaths for those programs themselves so they know exactly what they're running

Oops, forgot I was working on the script auditing function and left it borked in the last patch. This will get it back up to speed:

I figured out what I was doing wrong, Hopefully my brainloss moment will help others..

If the video you want to play is located in the tease ai video folder, just use @PlayVideo[filename.wmv] it will play.

-------------------------------------------------------
This program is pretty sweet, thank you 1885!

I have been messing around creating modules the last couple of days, and I have run into a video problem...

Using the @PlayJOIVideo or @PlayCHVideo works fine but using @PlayVideo[] is not working for me, not properly. The same video has been used with all three commands with the file in the proper location for each.

The example below appears to attempt at loading the test.wmv file but only an empty 0 second file appears. You can hit play but being a 0 second video it does nothing and the module pauses until you manually load a video and then stop it.

Lets watch this video #PetName
@PlayVideo[Tease AI Open Beta\Video\test.wmv]
One of my favorites!

I am at lost as to why it will not load properly.

Has anyone else run into this problem? or have any suggestions? bug?

Thanks in advance

Again great program, I'm loving it :)

Okay peoples, making progress so yet another patch to roll out here

Patch 29

https://mega.co.nz/#!6MU1lKqK!sCEtap7Ba ... BNN3ey9cX0

Patch Notes:

Changed all code that looked for images in a directory and made sure it all included extensions whether they were capitalized or not. Tease AI wasn't doing this before, and I feel this may be the cause of a lot of "No images found" errors when setting Domme Image directories, and some out of range exceptions when viewing local images. If you've previously had problems like this, please let me know if this patch fixes it for you

This patch also makes an attempt to address the GDI errors that have cropped up. These are generic errors and very difficult to pin down, but my best guess so far is that this error gets thrown when Tease AI tries to save a blog image as a Session Image and something goes wrong. I've put in a catch to handle that scenario, and I want to see if that fixes the problem Edit: Looking back over the bug reports of this again, this may actually not be the case, but this is a good catch to have anyway. Either way, I'll still try to get to the bottom of the GDI errors if they persist for anyone

Slowly but surely I'm getting closer to getting the current build stable, but there's still a few bugs to work on. As always with these patches it's two steps forward and one step back, so please tell me if any new issues crop up as a result of this patch.

This probably doesn't count as a 'bug' but is there any way you can prevent the program from attempting to load .lnk (shortcut) files as videos?

Currently it counts those as videos and attempts to load them, but just results in a blank black video screen.

If not I guess the answer is just make sure I don't have any shortcuts anywhere!

Also random question - there are no @LoadGenreVideo commands right, except for JOI or CH?
