Day 17
Slept good. On my back yes and without the sheets. I seem to have adapted to my new state of frustration to some level. Avoiding friction, tight jocks when i am at work to avoid a tent dramas. Running helps too and a cold shower when it really gets difficult.
Work was good, i don't lose focus. One of my collegues told me i smelled good. Something fresh she says and she keeps smelling me. The other collegue started smelling too. I haven't changed my shower gel, deodorant or cologne and i always shower b4 work. Wheter it has something to do with my ongoing frustration, no idea.

Emo state. Very horny and aching for relief more even than pleasure. I feel it churning in my balls.
