Alright then subbie for your first task today we will start with some slow teasing! You will use a method of teasing that I quite enjoy doing myself. First off make sure you have a metromome ready and set it to 30bpm. Now you will stroke at that pace to the video below but you won't just stroke normally. Instead you will use 4 ways of stroking that provide varying level of stimulation and switch every minute! First you will rub up and down the underside of your cock with one finger for the first minute, then for the second one use your index finger and your thumb to rub up and down your cock on both sides, then the next minute you will use an ok grip but only on the shaft of your cock, then switch to a claw grip on only the head of your cock. The way this works is you will edge and hold it for 5 seconds then you will take a 55 second break after that you will hold an edge for 10 seconds and take your hands off for 50. Keep increasing the time you hold your edges and reducing the break time inbetween until you reach an edge held for 55 seconds and a 5 second break! At that point start working yourself back down with a 50 second edge and a 10 second break and so on until you are right back at the start with a 5 second edge.
