Usually, with Binaural Beat tracks, you're not supposed to do anything, physically. The point of the beats is to affect your brainwaves.

I don't know about whichever ones you listened to in particular, though.

I listened to the ones posted in this thread (IIRC) that said to stroke to the beat

I went back and checked the original post (I downloaded these a long time ago) and yeah I see that. I guess it's an exercise in combining the two. I'm more familiar with beats in general than these particular files. Sorry for the confusion.
