Excellent vid, really well done, I admit I have only browsed it and started on it. I'm on this whole denial kick thing, so other than after ruining I won't get through this, we'll see! :) Anyway, it's really a nice vid, lots of great selections and put together well. Thanks!!!

There are a couple other scenes in other CH's that match this, but as a full movie, this one is the best. Unfortunately I really dislike oil, BUT EVEN WITH the fact that I skip that scene... this is still the best. Really hoping you can make another one and I think the idea of focusing on one star at the end like you did with Jenna is an EXCELLENT idea. That was really fucking cool, and I hope you do the same next time (hopefully there is a next time!)

My only recommendation was after a few watches I kind of wanted slightly more energetic beats. The way you handled the beats and built them up was like perfect, but just, idk, you have a winning formula and that's a pretty minor gripe, lol. Maybe have them become more energetic progressively from scene to scene? IDK, that's the only only only thing I could think of to make it better. This is the best. Pink Complex is really good too, you just took it to a whole new level with Red Extacy.

You made all the rounds energetic, idk, it's just a really petty complaint on my part I think, lol. Maybe because I've watched it so many times... but I love songs liek Starry Eyed.. and how you did the breakdown into doubletime with luiza?? THAT was a fucking piece of art dude. That whole few minutes in the 2nd part of the first round is just pure perfection. I've never seen music/the beat line up so well with what's going on on screen... that was amazing.

Maybe I should look into the 3rd round more hehehe, I realized after the first 'pouring of oil', it wouldn't even be that noticeable, but I just kept skipping it, lol.

You working on another project, between this and pink complex, you've got the two best vids out there. Both have amazing scene selection, beats, and music.

Shameless /bump. :) Lcatt, I don't suppose you've got anything in the works? Your color series and Hiphop's hardcore series are my staples; his stuff is great warmup and your stuff is nigh-on impossible for me to get through past the 2nd rounds of either video.

I'd also love to know if there's a difference between the music used in Pink and Red and other CH vids that use club-ish/electronic music, in terms of the genre definitions. For vids like EDM and Fail, the music doesn't really stand out to me, but the music in these seems intense and I'm not sure why. Is it just the scenes and the beat patterns, or is there a definable difference between the music used? Just curious; anyone can feel free to answer that one. :)

To answer your questions, I was planning on putting another video together but my mechanical hard drive died, now I'm running purely on a tiny 80gb ssd that can barely fit all my basic files let alone all the space I need for all the videos for a new project.

That's not even the worst part, the worst part is that all of my settings, presets and all the things I've already made for videos & audio are all on there. The drive is still under warranty so I could easily get a replacement but I'm desperate to get all the files off of it and not just the CH stuff.

I've been putting off getting it repaired because I know how expensive those services are, one of these days I'll have to bite the bullet I guess.

As far as the music goes, I listen to a lot of house so I have (had *sadface*) a huge collection of tracks that I just use based on what feels right for a scene and what I personally like. I like to start out mellow and get more intense as the video goes on; also the more 'intense' tracks tend lean toward 'Swedish house' from what I understand, they have strong, distinguished leads and a big-room feel. The more funky and groovy stuff is considered French, again this is all from my basic understanding of EDM but I'm sure 10 different people will have 10 different interpretations, not to mention that most of the tracks I've used have sort of a mishmash of styles.

Plus I like to use tracks that are melodic and a have a good groove which, coincidentally, fit perfectly for these vids.

Here's a list of some of my favorite producers: Norman Doray, Axwell, Eric Prydz, David Tort, Dinka, Deadmau5, Sebastien Drums, Tristan Garner, Arno Cost, AN21, Kris Menace, Lissat & Voltaxx, Avicii, Erick Morillo, Felix da Housecat, Hard Rock Sofa, Chris Reece, Adam K & Soha, steve angello, Prodigy, Wippenberg

There are more but I can't think of any more.
