Alright, ok, didn't played it yet, just a short skim- looking through, but I definitely can already say the choice of clips is so much my taste, music seems pretty good (again, not watched entirely).

And oh, ... the beatmeter, ... it seems that after a long time of automated beat-detection to beatmeter stuff we finally have something more handcrafted (@ PrimalInstincts, please correct me if I'm wrong), ... but yeah, looks like it much more follows the what-you-hear!

Looking forward to play, but I'd like to ask for 2 favors first (hehe, greedy me ).

- The Audio of the beatmeter (only the beat-sounds of it) would be great if you have that, I'd like to create a funscript from that (I know there is one posted already, let's just say I'd like to do my own).

- There are 2 clips with wrong aspect ratio, most people don't recognize or maybe they just don't care, but I have a "special eye" for that (a blessing and a curse sometimes), would be great if you could correct them.
Easiest I guess would be to adjust the parts (both is X:0.800) directly in DaVanici (you use that, right?), here, hope that helps:

What a comment, ok one thing at a time .

The beats are 100% manually made, you're right. Took a really long time . You can have the beat sounds I'll upload them right away and update the entry post .

Regarding the 2 clips, they were 4:3 and I stretched them to 16:9, otherwise it would have looked totally stupid .

The VR edition would be a completely new video with new clips shot in VR . But just for the sake of interest , how do you convert normal clips into SBS 180 VR clips ? That must take a lot of work , right ? I mean you have to simulate this fisheye effect from the VR cameras somehow , and if you don't get it 100% right then it would look totally stupid . You can send me a DM and explain that .

But totally worth the effort, a beatmeter not following the 'what-you-hear' (or the other way around) makes me delete most of all the CHC's from here before taking a closer look.
Sometimes it's the music turns to something different, but the beatmeter sticks to the detected BPM, or on the exactly same (repeating) parts of the music there is suddenly a differnt beatmeter, ... like a lottery, such are not my understanding of a beatmeter.

That alone makes this project the first really interesting one for me since a long, long time, ... and on top of that those clips/models,... what feels a bit like a school reunion.

I have an idea about how much work that is, I've posted a little PMV in here not too long ago, from the whole project time it took was 1/3 video editing, 2/3 the funscripting in that 'feel-what-you-hear'-way.

You can have the beat sounds I'll upload them right away and update the entry post .

Of course you make the decisions, but just as a suggestion, take a look:

The first part is just the original size layed underneath, not so good IMHO, but maybe you recognize the blured bottom right corner with the label, maybe something for future projects if you like that.
The second part is the 'Blanking Fill' Effect, this looks (IMHO) quite nice.

Edit: I'm quite sure(~90%) that 4:3 wouldn't be correct either, those old clips sometimes came in the oddest aspect ratios, that's why I came up with those 0,800.

Seriously, that would be a niche to be filled, the only good one (of course that's just me, my taste, my opinion) was that Disco thing from this forum, but that was without beatmeter, and much too short, very few others (from the same creator).

Don't hang your expections too high, I think it's important to don't get things 'jumbled', ... what I was talking about was 'SBS' (Side-by-Side), what I mean with that is a 'flat' video but with 3D effect (depthness), like a 3D-movie in the cinema.
From my understanding everything labeled 'VR 180' is not looking AT the video, but being kinda 'inside' it (aka you can move the head and see what's left/right/...).

Something can certainly be arranged . I am open to negotiations . Joking aside, for the VR edition I would already have half the clips I would need to make the video. But that wouldn't be 60 minutes but more like 40 .

You mean the VR video from Pseudonym . That was the inspiration for this video . I watched it and then I immediately had ideas about how I could put this concept into a Cock Hero. The only thing I haven't figured out yet is how to make the beat meter. Because when you're in VR you usually don't see the full picture, which means you can't just slap the beat meter at the bottom and hope that people look at the exact moment when the beat changes. It has to be something that everyone understands, sees and is not too distracting. Yes I know 3 wishes at once . But I'm sure something will come up when I work on it.

I mean, you can, but the workstream beat conversion seems to be directly on the money in terms of beat timing and a good starting point if there are any modifications you want to make from it. My version(see the post by clustered, just before your most recent one), which is the workstream funscript that cuts the added stuff in the pauses making it more true to the original is probably what you want. ..but you probably have other plans for what you are trying to do and I won't talk you out of it, but just saying that it might save you some time.
