No need to apologize, these things happen and I'm so glad you were able to bring it back online. Thank you so much for all the work you do and the expenses you incur. There is nothing quite like this and when it's down we all hyperventilate a bit.

Hmm, it went down again today for the same reason. Time to investigate...

Edit: The server was due it's scheduled maintenance that I do every two years. I also used the opportunity to tweak some settings to hopefully make the issue less likely to reoccur. I'll keep an eye on it for now.
