I initially made that error too but came on here and saw people had a baseline so read though it again so if I understand correctly I have 5 cage points at the moment for denying myself and will get 8 points each day I obey during locktober as I chose a metal cage right?

That's correct. I'm kinda making this thing up as we go along and only started midseptember, so I didn't have time to work out all the potential errors. Hope we don't hit something major.
