Hmm... disappointed of a 4.6? Come on guys, you know you've done well, and a crapton of work
(I kinda wrote this based on about a week ago, I failed to read the full thread until I'd written this.. the extended ideas sound good

)
I haven't rated it (I haven't rated anything since the required signup), but I would be torn between 4 and a 5, for .. technical reasons, I suppose.
I mean, throw it as a tease against everything else here, and it's superb with the video and the dynamic UI. But, it's an off-site tease, it's not really fair to give it a good rating _here_ for the features implemented elsewhere. I'm not ragging on the OEOS effort either, great work there, clearly - I just wouldn't feel right rating them as the same.
Now, IF I were to look past the "extra tech" and rate the 'tease'; we have a game. Nice little background story to tie the game together, but it's kinda seemingly there to implement the game. Gorgeous host, and a decent idea, but quite simple - as I assume was the idea.
The actual card game might benefit from swapping to something else (sorry to say, as it may sound a little harsh). This one ends up making you play random videos at a semi-random speed, while you're trying to save up cards to play a streak. It basically plays like I had navigated into a PMV-folder and hit "shuffle". Until you run into a situation where you have two starting streaks and you're not able to play the extra you have, so you wait until the game shuffles your hand a card at a time into something playable (might be specific to hero mode, but .. ). And .. wait again. And wait. And then you get a random one.
Nothing really wrong with that, but it doesn't allow for any teasing build-up, or any kind of thematic consistency. You're just getting what you're dealt in one minute increments. If I knew a simple card game that would play better, I would describe it here, but I don't. I'm thinking some game that would go through a build-up through numbers, which you could possibly translate into a scaling difficulty in either speed, pattern, and/or "video rating" (however you'd rate the videos for that would be subjective of course.) Some solitaire type of deal, but .. I dunno, just spitballing here.
The traps are a nice touch, and have a good enough variance to them, I just don't happen to like cumshot compilations too much... it seems I'm just doomed to dislike some little thing everywhere
So, that's how I'm torn between a 4 and a 5; as a whole it is a great thing, and I especially respect the effort, but I think 4.6/4.7 is where I'd actually rate it "fairly."
