I have no chance to test this soon, but I added something I imagine will be close to good.
It is in new folder inside MS Katrine. You need 2 instances of restim, each on its own sound card.

The newer versions of restim (not only latest but I think few latest versions) store the ini file locally.

So I hust have folders "default" and "prostate" with copy of restim with each having own ini file storing the axes and sound device.
