For Quad audio (2 channels for original porn + 2 channels for stereo stim), the merge can be done with Audacity with an export in AC3 (Dolby Digital) at the end with the good selection of channels at the output (2 front channels+2 rear channels only, don't use front and subwoofer channels). Then you can manage your MKV file configuration with MKVToolNixGUI.
To play correctly Quad audio, I use my Mac with an external USB sound card with a stereo line-out (I prefer using line-out on my stim machine audio input rather than a speaker output, due to the standard volume and dynamic of line-out). On MacOSX, you can aggregate sound cards and define each channel output to each stereo card output (this can be done with the standard utility "Audio MIDI Setup"). So, I use my Mac internal card for original porn stereo (front stereo channels of Quad files), and USB external card line-out for stim (rear stereo channels of Quad files).
On my Windows PC laptop, I can't find a way to aggregate sound cards and distribute globally stereo outputs to different cards, like I do on MacOSX. So I used to play the movie with a stereo track on VLC with a sound card, play another stereo track with Audacity with another sound card, and launch them almost simultaneously. It wasn't perfect as Quad audio trick on MacOSX.
I've also tried with a 5.1 USB sound card, instead of an USB stereo sound card, but I really don't like the speaker output into my stim machine audio input, and speaker output can be affected by general Windows volume setting.
With pulse little software, the global operation is much more simpler under Windows now. Thanks again pulse.

New version of CH Player V2 now awalible. https://github.com/puste1/CHPlayer.
This version is primary for those e-stim files that do not match exactly. Then it is possible to ajust the timing.

It does this by waiting for the number of seconds before it either starts the estim file or waits to start VLC.

Happy Cock Hero.

Does this program allow you to skip parts of the video and also stay synchronized with the stim automatically?

<hosenguy>. Sorry no that is not possible becouse the program just start VLC and estim file is played internaly in the program.
To accomplished that the program has to be rewritten with player internaly play Video files.
Then it could be possible. Maybe in version 3 of the program if I manage to do this.

Upload a new version of CHPlayer V2.0.21.
Added support for WAV Files and added Duration time on selected Video file.
https://github.com/puste1/CHPlayer/

WAV support was added becouse I find the Metronomic quad.mp4 that was working musch better with WAV file.
Other Video can be better to. But at now I do not know other WAV files. All other Audio files I have is MP3.

Tell if you have some WAV files for Cock Hero Video.

@puste Thank you for creating this tool.
It is really very useful.
If it were possible to add the functionality of pausing audio stim when we paused the video, it would be perfect.
Thank you

redgreencolor thanks for the feedback. Glad to here that it is useful.
In CHPlayer version 3 it will be possible. I am creating a new version that has video embedded and
e-stim audio is running in memory cache. Only that way the synchronization is more precisely.

In the new version I am trying to sync e-stim every time you press pause/start.
But if the Audio is not exatly in sync it will not work. So in the new version there is no +- delay.
The new version also have no install of Pornhub plugin. I have not used it and I have not
heard of any that have used this. So the main fokus in version 3 is synchronization.
The embedded video is based on Windows Media Player and not VLC.

It is in bata test now, but I hope it can be published soon.

puste, I suggest that you keep a +- delay feature even if it's not usually needed. It's always possible for audio playback to drift with time given a particular hardware so it's always nice to have the possibility to adjust it real-time if need be.
:-)
