I also think video and audio quality could be both decreased without anyone noticing. A person that did this just used first post to advertise it; I don't see any need to start bringing the creator down, loved every second of playing this.

My only new suggestion is that new creators ask for help rather than stating "this is the best one you'll ever see."
Also, Starkiz has stated that he's watched these videos for sometime. I understand that his work feels like a rip-off of other videos, would the community feel better if one of our new creators had listed the CH videos that inspired his creation?

Are we upset that so many creators are providing free content and we see the new guy asking for donations to PayPal?

We can get into the right and wrong of everything we've seen on this thread, or we can provide constructive criticism and offer help. Starkiz first introduced himself as someone who struggles with English, so is he arrogant or just using the wrong words to express himself?

We are all deviants of one form or another. We all have similar interests, and I would hate for a few mistakes made by a new creator to stop them from trying again on a new project.

im not a native english speaker myself, i get around good i guess so i cant complain...

but if everyone always complains about someone else stating something and imply he meant it in a specific way if you dont know it for sure, especially on the internet. the world would be so much easier if everyone just walks side by side instead of against each other :) just think about it. try it maybe its the best you have ever seen, he certainly put a lot of work in it so we just gotta honor that :D

The bitrates you use for the videos is absurd. You could have 1080p video with half the bitrate and still not see any visible loss of quality. Audio is also way too high of a bitrate. Go for like MAX 5k bitrate for video and MAX 320 for audio.

Watched it, and I think it's good for a first CH, some of it is great and some of it is not. I have a lot of ideas and feedback, but...

Something puzzling me though.. there is a strong vibe of you building a business model here, and I'm not sure if I like that. I totally understand you showing a way how fans can support you, this is totally fine, but if the idea is to build a business then I have mixed feelings about that.

Do you want feedback and advice to improve? Is the plan to just create content for paying members and leave everyone else out?

This is the big one. People told me to start a Patreon so I could keep making Cock Hero's, but I genuinely don't believe that's the right thing to do. I have friends who are professional porn performers, erotic voice actresses, and camgirls. They do the actual work. I just make fan-edits for the enjoyment of myself and others in the community. It's my hope that a Cock Hero showcasing someone super hot would lead viewers to support that particular performer.

Hey thanks for the mention just to clarify we are not for profit all the support we receive goes into our budget for the next CH we produce. The budget goes towards props for our 3d models and other minor expenses. And the rest goes towards the scenes used in each CH we produce. We work with top producers in the industry and do our best to obtain the best content we can for each new CH. And from there whatever balance is left is saved and put towards hiring models to star in exclusive scenes for our productions. We are growing little by little but soon we will be shooting new exclusive scenes every month and from there we hope to eventually be shooting something new every week. With an ultimate goal of eventually being able to hire actual pornstars like Riley to do the voice overs for animations, games, and CH's we produce.

Until then we just enjoy creating both the CH's and the CHRPG and the budget just helps us do it legitimately which is kind of a necessity since there's so much time required to create each and every new level, it wouldn't be worth the risk of being shut down over copyrights. We do not take any of the support we receive lightly which is why we took the time to create DecadenceXXX.com. This we hope will help reassure everyone that none of the support given is being squandered.

A CH creators motive should never be profit since they require so much time to produce it would never balance out. It is the last thing on our mind. And it is our hope to be viewed as allies of the genre and not just that site charging for CH's. We will never forget the initial support given from the Milovana community that helped shape Decadence Island into an enjoyable CHRPG. And we do have something planned for you guys next year that we've started working on. It's a little different but should be a lot of fun

Just to weigh in on a side point that nobody's really touched on, the "jump to x:yz time in the video" thing works *waaaaay* better if you add chapter marks. It's easy to do. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yy0b-3T-Ew4

The first 3 Chapters are quite great, although I feel the short double-strokes come a bit early. They nearly caught me already in the 2nd chapter and finally hit me in the 3rd.

I did a quick re-encode with Handbrake, using H264 High 3.1 profile with a CRF of 20 and AAC Quality 5 - this is pretty high quality, although a re-encode. It boiled down to 40% of the original size.
I also like the idea of creating chapter markers for better "jumpability". You may want to post a list of the chapter-times and chapter-names, so I could set them up in my reencode using mkvtoolnix and then seed a torrent of my reencode - well, only if you'd like me to.
