In my first maze of passion tease I used these flags a lot and there you can notice the bug too.
The concept in this tease is to go left/right instead of cardinal directions. That means that the direction from where a room is entered decides where left and right leads. For normal rooms that is easy but for teases I used the set/unset flag to decide in the end where the directions must lead.
I made a minimal example for you, strapped out of the maze of passion tease. When leaving the tease room the text says from where you entered the tease room. In TeaseMe this works fine. In GuideMe not.

hmm... your test script works fine... i tried it with GuideMe v0.3.1...

if i leave a room, it states the correct room number from where i came.

the directions also work as expected... for example:

- If i leave room 20 and go straight i enter room 40.
- If i leave room 40 and go straight i enter room 20
- If i leave room 20 and go right i enter room 39
- If i leave room 39 and go left i enter room 20
- ...

I see no bug...

Ah, that's it! I had an old version of GuideMe: v0.1.5
I downloaded v0.3.1 now and can confirm that it works with this version.

That makes sense, there was a bug with flags that got fixed a while ago.

I was Absolutley loving this game until...
The "guess the moment" bitch
I'd been playing for hours, had 3 keys, thought i was doing well
Then I got stuck in a loop for an hour, went soft, got drunk, broke the game ( all text became 1 of her lines on repeat )
that game mechanic busted the whole thing.

I think i just got though "the gate" but without the text working I can't read the short-cut,
its all gone wrong.

I have to quit,
then download the guide-me editing tools so I can change that part,
then I can start again.

I just checked the part and it's so long since I wrote this section, that I couldn't remember which were the right moments. It took me less than 5 minutes to beat that challenge...

The other part sounds like a weird bug, most likely something with flash or the script engine itself.

I share your opinion that this is one of the meanest challenges in the tease, but what is a good tease without some suffering

Haha, yeah might have exagarated a touch, but it was a long time.
( I was pretty drunk last night trying to play this )

In retrospect I think I might have caused the dialog issue.
I remember yesterday when I first got this program up and running again
( I used to lurk these forums alot, but not for a few years )
I was doing something else on my second monitor and I copied and pasted something
when I pasted the current line in the tease came up.. not what I had copied.

When I got stuck last night, the way I got past "correct moment evil bitch" was to open 'maze of passion 2.xml'
find the current line ( with copy and paste ) and figure the solution by reading the code.
the line I copied to search the code is the line I got stuck with.

anyway, I quit last night and when I re-opened it this morning its fixed and it remembered my spot.
All is well and I'm already thinking up a story for making my own

I found all the keys and are trying to find the gate. I lost count but it took me 5-6 hours already to get this far

It took me 1 ruined orgasm and the second time I closed the tease because I couldn't find the first "right moment"
Do the timer also counts or just the right slide?? Maybe i'm just really unlucky.
Now I avoid the room. I hope theres no gate behind that room... That would be really evil

It's just finding the correct page. Each "round" hast 3-5 pages which loop. So I think it shouldn't be too difficult to find the correct moment to press the button. Whereas if you already stroked a lot you might have struggles to concentrate, then this encounter will make you suffer
