Tried this and the content looked really good, but couldn't make any sense of the stroke meter at all!

You're right! Its a shame, but I just didn't know how to do a proper beat-meter.couldn't make any sense of the stroke meter at all!
The numbers refer to the beat of the music. I should have explained the meaning of the numbers at the beginning of the video...
1 - 1 stands for a quick + fast beat, like up - up or up - down
1 - 2 stands for a steady beat, like up - down (or down - up)
1 - 2 - 3 is like up - down - up
12345 is like up - down - up - down - up
1234567 12345 .....
