Speaking of those KTBs. I never quite understood how they work. How do they stay in place? i think they've got three different lengths of spike the longest of which is not for long term use but more as a punishment. However some models are made with staples as the spikes!!

i think they only get you if ur more than semi hard but like you said its hard to tell

Not that I've ever checked into these, but I think the idea is that the cruel little spikes are pointed out slightly, so if you tried to slide it off (even when soft), they would grip into the flesh.

And of course the real fun is that even though they don't actually pierce anything, any pressure causes extreme pain, so the poor locked up boy can't get an erection at all!

I've always wondered what would happen with guys who really get off on pain. The KTB would hurt, they'd like that so they would start to get hard, it would hurt even more so they'd get even harder...
