When wearing it, placed on the center locking pin I've got the thinnest spacer, then POI, and in front near the lock hole I have the second thinnest spacer rather than the small disc provided. It's a very tight fit but it works. It took experimentation to make it work decently and with 'comfort' (please do not misunderdstand 'comfort' here Miss Jay! It's far from comfortable!). I'd say trial and error is the best way since we're all different, as long as the pins are not cut too short in the beginning.

Think I'm staying put with the curve for the moment, it's 'comfy' enough for me to wear normally, and Miss Jay likes how it looks
I tried the cb6000 before and didn't get on too well with it, turned out to be too small and actually broke in the end! It's a lot easier to wash in than the cb6000 too.
