Great idea, mixing in different ways to make me sweat. It was very effective! It quickly became clear to me that I did not set aside enough time, nor did I make the right "logistical" arrangements, before the session to do both the teasing/edging and workout tasks all together at the same time. Wow, what a welcome back!...
