Here's an idea:

Scheduled each day is a five minute window. Roommate is under no obligation to watch or even check on Myya, much less comment. Myya might end up doing this for weeks, only to receive one comment expressing disappointment that Myya wasn't wearing the right outfit, or that during the 5 seconds she checked in, Myya's hips weren't squirming about nearly as much as they should have been. Her roommate might watch for the entire time silently, and wait for Myya to take her blindfold off just to watch her blush, or she could comment during the middle so Myya KNOWS she's there, or she might not even be there at all while Myya doesn't dare stop because what if she's being watched?

After three days have been taken off in this manner, this could be made more onerous. For example: The five minute window doubles to ten minutes... ten solid minutes of turning herself into a gasping, squirmy mess. Or, this could be scheduled twice daily... more on weekends.
