You do, however, seem to need some motivation to get it done. And by that, I mean a punishment:

So, from now on, until two days after you've completed the set, no cumming, not even ruined, and you will do an edge slope every day.

For the slope, watching porn of your choice, you start at 180 bpm, edge, wait 30s, lower to 170 bpm, edge, wait... and so on until you edge at 60 bpm.

The next day, you start the same, but add one lower step at -5 bpm compared to the previous day. So, 55 on day 2, 50 on day 3, and so on...
