Make sure Miss Jay stretches properly! Not just because that would be really fun to watch when she's just wearing underwear, but because we want to minimize the possibility of injury!
I've always found that a nice post-workout massage can be very helpful too!

errm today i have been trying to relax, mainly just lounging about. I went into town for a bit earlier just for a walk really, but i have a few niggling (work related )things i cant stop thinking about
