Question 1: Yes, once for every picture/video/gif you post, but since you have been given the perk that you can post for free today you do not have to do pay this price. Still, you do have to edge for the pictures you have posted if it includes one of your categories. This way you cannot strategically post pictures that do not include your categories, but does include others.

Question 2: If you ruin to one of your pictures then you still lose 2000 points, but no one gets 1000 points.
