Indeed you can only pick 3 girls once at the end of this Stage. If you pick badly then you can end up with no girls getting past Stage 2. As for points, we wanted to keep it balanced so you only get 1 bonus point for each Stage your girls progress to. So that means you can get a max of 4 points for each girl if they get to the final.
