Day 1 Update

Today was my first day wearing the bracelet. Was a pretty quiet day overall; went grocery shopping in the morning received no comments and spend the afternoon catching up on housework. I have done stage 1 with the water bombs. It was kinda uncomfortable as they are dry fabric. i would good them a score of 2.

I am about to do the pool noodle and will the wet water bombs later tonight.

I did the pool noodle and i would give it 3.5 out of 5. It was a bit rough but nice and tight.
