Day 1: No More Orgasms

So I’m wondering, it’s now 12:28 am where I am and would be day 2. For future reference should I do the day as soon as the day changes or after I wake up? If after I wake up should I do it immediately or can I do it later in the day (presuming it’s not something that would last all day)?
