I'm think using Google + and Skype.
Google + to mimic what is on my screen, which will be the CH Randomizer w/ all the kick ass hard scenes of CH videos plugged in. Skype to show the cock hero participants, to make sure everyone is playing and no cheating. No holding while edging. You gotta pop, you pop and you're out but try again now or in the next game. You hold and you're out and don't come back to this game or the next.

I'm even up for a Webtease challenge. Basically seeing who can hold out the longest. For instance, doing The Gamble w/ each person picking an option.
