I think it would be better if you made a torrent to share it.
It's easy, just follow these steps:
1. In your favorite torrent client (could be uTorrent or anything you like), click File > New or File > Create torrent.
2. Choose the source file your want to share: in your case select The Flux Dance Project.mp4
3. Add torrent trackers so that peers can find each other faster (could work without tracker but it's faster this way).
Add these trackers:
udp://tracker.openbittorrent.com:80
udp://tracker.publicbt.com:80
udp://tracker.ccc.de:80
udp://tracker.istole.it:80
4. Make sure the torrent is public (do NOT select "private torrent")
5. Click OK/Create
6. Add the torrent you just created to your client download list
7. Share the .torrent file you just created here.
8. Make sure you leave your client running so that you keep sharing the file. If you close it, then there won't be any seed and nobody will be able to download.
Ok I think I managed to create the torrent acording to your instructions. The torrent file can be found in my original presentation. I will seed as long as it's needed!
EDIT: Seems to be working now, Im constantly uploading in 1,2 MB/s. With that Im off to bed (night time in Sweden). Gnite!

Can someone help me out trying to understand one thing before i try this challenge :).
If it says for example "edge in 20" and i feel i'm not there yet and won't be by following the beat, should i ignore the beat so i'm at the edge when the counter reaches 0?

That's what I would do. There really are no CH Police, so you should do whatever you think will give you the greatest challenge and/or enjoyment. That said, I think your plan of getting to the edge by the time limit, even if it means ignoring the imposed beat is the best thing to do in that situation.
P.S. One of the authors should name an episode CH Police and incorporate flashers and sirens somehow. :D

I couldn't make it on my first try, i did it like : edge before the counter reaches zero and during one break i were edging then the round started before i could take a break so then it became so hard i lost half way into it. I'll take it easy on the edging and see if i can make it through my second time :). I did like the video alot though, i'll say what i think about it when i actually make it through the whole thing
Just noticed i were 10seconds from a break oh well next time.
