Thanx for that, Jenna. I tought it was a good tease, but the ending did make me feel very uncomfortable, and in these days of thought crimes and Big Brother, caution's the best policy by far.

Ok, it looks like there is a law in Germany against what they call "virtual" child pornography. (Up to three years in prison for possession.) We don't want our German members to get into any trouble, so that means we will comply with German law voluntarily.

So from now on: No child pornography, not even in fiction! We'll update our terms of service accordingly.

But damn, I gotta say this:

Whenever you have the chance, we can only encourage you to lobby against laws that criminalize acts that don't cause any harm to any individual, company or society as a whole. These laws are aimed at prevention, but that thinking is highly flawed. I've had many threesomes with Angelia Jolie and Aishwarya Rai in my head, but that doesn't mean it's ever going to happen in real life. There are many crime novel authors who never killed anybody. Many videogame players who never went postal and yes, there are even reports of hentai fans who haven't abused anybody.

If you want in that game, then you should arrest religious people, because God/Allah/whatever could tell them to kill (no offense, simply seems to happen a lot), everyone from the other political parties (might start a revolution, you know) and basically just about anybody else who belongs to a group that has been associated with criminal activity. And while you're at it, lock yourself up, too, because you might one day lose it and do something stupid ... and don't kid yourself, there is no crime gene, no thoughtcrime. There are emotions, circumstance, stupidity and unfortunately you can't ban those. Freedom is nothing else but the realization that you have no right AT ALL to decide what is ok to think and what is not. If someone has broken the Golden Rule and committed an actual crime, punish him, but don't punish those who haven't done anything wrong.

Sorry, I just had to get that off my chest. I hate the fact that I have to censor innocent people because of our irrational and childish fears of "the unknown", "the others" and "the future".

I would say most images of teens used on the site are from TGP sites who have watermarks or logos on their pictures. In which case it's easy to track back to the original site and check the age of the model in the image and there's no ambiguity.

Just to be sure, in my tease "Emma's tease toy, sent to see Sara" I've mentioned her age is 18, though the logo is there.

Seems sensible to me that people just stick with the catch all guideline of 18 and over.

It would be mad for anyone to jeopardize the site over variations in international law. As has been mentioned elsewhere the age of consent in the UK is 16 though I'm pretty sure models must be 18+.

I won't be a hypocrite and say that I don't like to see an 18+ model in classic fantasy "schoolgirl" uniform, who doesn't? But there's a big difference between consenting adults engaging in a little dress up fun and anything else implied or otherwise.

18 or older seems to be reasonable rule, and should over all western countries.

The danish law says, that it is illegal to distribute porn with models under 18, and illegal to have porn with models under 18 (unless the model is over 15 and agreed to that you can have the photos - Since the age of consent is 15, this makes some sense)
- But a photo of a naked girl isn't considered as porn, so distributing pictures of a 15-17 year old models striking a sexy, naked pose is completely legal - and major newspapers/magazines does. (And I must say, when I was 15, I prefered the pictures of the younger girls - Now I consider a 22-year old woman, a young girl, and 15-year old girl is a child...)

I dont think we have any thoughtcrime-laws, and I don't think/hope we will - The danish lawmakers are generally pro-free speech (Even if we have to live with the fact that german neo-nazists print their stupid things here...)

I agee with seraph0x, the law should punish people for their acts, not their thoughts.
On the child-porn issue the line is thin, if you obtain/pay for actual child porn, you ARE part of the problem, and should be punished!
If you read a story about it, or follow a tease featuring some 19-year old model pretending to be 16 - So what, you probably don't act on it - If you would you are probably already in prison (After doing all the crimes you have seen on TV...)

Anyways the site will never comply with every rule everywhere, but if it enforces the 18-year rule it should be pretty safe from law-suites. (Age of consent around the world: http://www.avert.org/aofconsent.htm )

OD.com of course didn't allow underage models either, so the classics should be clean. I don't know about fictional underage, but my guess is that those would've been deleted by the OD.com admins as well. Also consider that it took ten minutes for the first two complaints to roll in on the tease this thread is about - if there was something like this in the classics, we'd know about it by now.
