I think my real question was are there any stores near kasnas city, mo that I can get a chastity device at?

You can shop online, finding the perfect thing and get it shipped to your house discreetly. The packages have no identifying markings, so it can be easily passed off to others in the home as "oh, nothing much, just something I saw". Not that I am for dishonesty though. I prefer the truth.
