It is understood that if all parties agree then their conversation can be repeated.
Often some personal stuff occurs not unlike behind closed doors at home.
So some leeway/headway has been made Nadine.

I'm sorry that you've had negative experiences with these guys. Whether these guys were stupid or not, I don't know (since the chat log has been erased).
All I can say is, that I hope you don't stereotype all the guys there and hope you give them a chance :)

What really pisses me off is people forcing censorship on what I can and cannot tell others and talk about. "All and Everything" ... think about that. I'm allowed to tell what someone on the street said to me, or wrote to me on yahoo or skype, or any other chat, but I'm not allowed to tell what someone on the milovana chat said to me?
Hugs
apologies for the trouble
I believe your complaint was valid, and hopefully has been dealt with
I trust Seraph and Jennifer to handle that.
as to censorship..
there very, very, VERY few rules here
but even on Milovana some things are just not allowed.
I hope you stay with us in chat
and truly hope I in no way Pissed you off

You agreed to the chat rules before you went into chat.
THOSE rules prohibit you from posting logs. Dont like them rules? Dont go into chat.
Is a doctor free to write publically about her patients? Or is there a confidentiality agreement?

I spent about 5 min in the chat along time ago and it was just a bunch of people I'm guessing we're all men playing some kind of circle jerk game where they tell each other how to jack off. Now with that said I'm sure the the "kinky" men in the chats would do almost anything to prevent those chat logs from going public.
I'm sure it's one thing when you are jerking off with a bunch of guys and then eating it but I doubt any of these guys would like the idea of their family or friends finding out about it.
I've only been in the chat once or twice but I doubt very much that intelligent conversation can thrive there for either sex.

First off, it's not "people" telling you this - it's the owner of the site. Who happens to be the one making the rules.
Second, while I agree that it's stupid not being allowed to quote or refer to *public* chat history, it is perfectly understandable that you should not recite from private conversations. That goes for any private convo really, whether it's skype, PMs, private chats, whatever - private is supposed to be just that: Private. The person you have been talking to believes he/she is talking privately and that's how it should remain. The content was meant for you and you alone). I have no doubt he deserved to be outed, but that's completely beside the point.

No I did not agree, there is no link or hint of the rules when I clicked on the chat link. Last time I was on Milovana the Forum(!!)-post with the rules didn't exist. So to keep the forum and chat 'separate' means you have to read the forum to understand the rules of the chat ...
Anyways I hate being censored so I will take my leave from milo again.

Milovana Chat: Code of Conduct
This link should be promonantly displayed on:
http://www.milovana.com/chat/
It was available in the old chat.
In fact the link to the chat room could be at the bottom of the rules page

Please don't tell me that quoting chat is not allowed but racism is. Please don't tell me that.

Actually yes, it is so.
Just like there is confidential stuff, but you have the freedom of speech to have xenophobic/racist/nationalistic viewpoints.

Freedom of Speech is not about having viewpoints but about communicating them. Moreoever, it is not without limits. Most major countries have laws concerning hatespeech.
Before we're jumping to conclusions, though, maybe Ohmega was simply referring to certain laws recently implemented in Germany, which some consider censorship.

Dammit Bones, I was referring to Germany's exessive censorship laws, which are extremely heavy-handed.

I don´t see why you said that? Her being from Germany and the German censorship laws arw totally not related.
if that would be rue, i could say that everyone in the USA must be a fan of guns, because it is so easy to get them there, but the trjuth is, that there are enough people who don´t like guns and the laws, which makes them available so easy.
