Just in case anyone still is interested.
I created a small online service to control a power switch (I'm using a wemo), the end result is that you're able to control a hitachi vibe, or similar from your browser. There's basically no latency giving you very good control over the device.
I can expand on it if anyone is interested.

so i cant buy realtouch anymore? what about some alternative and what about using a cardboard or oculus togheter to these device?

Yes, you can not buy RealTouch anymore. They probably will never return too. You maybe can find it on e-bay or in retail stores if you are lucky.
As for alternatives, the only one I know is

but it's pricy.
You should also know that e-stim devices can be largely software controlled too.

I encoded a cock hero with it in the past. it's impossible to win with this solution
But the device stop working a few month later.
You could try to see if Ejaculator is not a scam, it showed some prototype but not hure how real this thing is. Their website apear to be down and they haven't give news for month.
