what about kind of a lowpass filter (software) that filters the stroke beat (its a low frequence signal) and translate it into a e-stim frequence or (maybe the better version) plays a short file for each stroke impulse. there are some file in the web with different frequences and lengths and you can choose a short file with your favorite e-stim frequence

I've actually tried using CH videos for e-stim a few times and they're actually pretty good as-is. I use an ET-312 and basically the trick is to just adjust the gain on the stim box so that it's mostly just picking up the beats. You end up getting some beats from the song that aren't on the stroke bar (a good thing) and also the occasional loud moan (which is hot as hell).
The problems I run into with using the existing CH videos are:
1. Some songs just don't work well for estim. The main culprits are songs where the beat isn't louder than the rest of the music, which turns the stimulation into a formless mess, and songs where the beat is just way too slow. The jerkoff instruction clips at the end of some CH videos just don't work at all.
2. You really don't want too long of a break with estim. 30 seconds is too long - the best CH videos for e-stim currently are the ones with music during the breaks.
3. No bells at the beginning and end of rounds. Bells bad.
I don't really have the time or the expertise to make cock hero videos from scratch, but I think a really good "stim hero" could be spliced together from rounds from difference CH vids. I've been meaning to do that and should get around to it at some point.

I don't have an e-stim box, but after reading your post I'm intrigued.

U know, technically, setting the audio of a cock hero video to surround sound, routing a separate "stroke meter" audio track to one of the channels (maybe the sub/center speaker channel), and then hooking up this device to only that channel could possibly work. Most PC's have a surround sound setup these days (orange, black, grey audio out), and the cool thing would be that you wouldn't even hear the additional audio track because it's only hooked up to your device.
Also I imagine the audio doesn't even necessarily have to be a just a kick, it could be a mixture of things like a simple bass line here and there would make things more interesting.

U know, I could send you the separate "beat meter" audio from my video and all you would have to is what I said up there, just route it to a dedicated surround sound track and render it out etc.

There's actually been a lot of talk of doing stuff like this in the e-stim community, and for all I know some people are probably doing it but there's no way for them to distribute the files. There's only one major forum that I'm aware of, and it's run by people who fear copyright to the point of paranoia. CH could not exist there.

There's actually tons of audio tracks floating around that are purpose-built for estim. And that kind of thing would definitely have to be on separate channels because it is seriously ugly to listen to.

That is an interesting idea. I'll get back to you on that.
