I hope that my "confession" that I buy my female things directly without hiding behind the internet can inspire others to do the same. Most shop assistants do not react significantly to me who buying women's lingerie / shoes for myself

Here's a couple of conversion charts but they don't address width. They both say the same thing - you would probably need a 12 in a high heel.

Indeed, but stores usually advise to go 1 size up, because of the high heel and I will do that, especially because the shoe should also be a bit wider.

Always keep an eye on ebay too-I often find good quality heels at low prices.

a 4" heel with 1/2" platform;

Found some really cute and hot heels there :)
Now I cannot choose which to order:
The FIONI Black KUTIE pump with a cute knot and peep-toe, 0.5" platform and 4" patent-wrapped cone heel, or the
Highest Heel PIN UP-51 with a cute peep-toe and platform, 4 1/2" heel

The pumps, they go with anything.
