Voices can be trained, but a trained voice is exhausting to do. You wouldn't be able to keep up a trained voice in a conversation for more than a few minutes. A person's natural voice is dependent on testosterone exposure.

I didn't know about the testosterone levels aspect, just thought it was genetic. Ironically I have now lost my voice. lol
