I think she is nuts by anyone's standard except for fundamentalist christians maybe.
But then again, what do I know?
(I think the part about prayers, the bible and school shootings is complete and utter BS, though. And it's at least in part people like O'Donnell whose intolerance and ignorance fosters the kind of behavior that causes school shootings, but that's just my opinion)

Wait, are you saying that school shootings are the fault of fundamentalist christians?

No, but I think their way of thinking helps create an environment that is one of the major factors in making school shootings happen.
(It's not only fundamentalist christians obviously, but they're certainly not helping)

I always thought that school shootings were caused less by removing bibles and school-prayers, and more by putting handguns into the hands of the public.....
But one thing that has always puzzled me re. neo-christian politicians is that they seem to ignore that the christian religion preaches tolerance.
And whatever else you can say about the christian right, tolerance isn't really on the agenda. *LOL*

They're the most tolerant people in the world.
As long as you agree with them, that is.
