Since Birdman has convinced me that he can keep quiet if he has to, I'm willing to let him join if you end up with 19 boys. If you have 18 or less or get to 20 and don't need him, then he stays locked.

But if you end up with 19, he can be the twentieth toy and he'll take #2!
