Yes Miss Jay.. no problem .. gulp.. so thats 12*14 168 edges.. o my.. any timeframe? ill do them as fast as i can but its gonna take me a while.. ill post back on how it went (hurt)..

all of them in the tight schedule, edge 10 sec rest edge again
i ve only done 20 and i m already sweating, and aching to hold
back.

I havent quite started yet.. just making sure ive got enough time when i do.. just a little more calculus.. 168 edges.. thats 70 minutes minimum time it'll take (15 secs on edge 10 seconds pause).. or a ful 42 minutes on the edge in one go.. o my . i really need to get doing this now.. waiting is only making it worse.. better have 70 mins o free time... (good lesson .. next time pick loww.. really low)..

Oh yeah, that warning is for the guys who obviously didn't pick their time to start wisely!
And picking low might not always be a good idea.. What i say goes and i could always change your number if i needed to!

the thought that next time a high choice might be better crossed my mind (as we'll never know what the number means..only you do)..

Good no one picked 30.... 360 edges..in one session minimum time 150 minutes.. 90 minutes on the edge straight.. that'd be lethal..
