Anyway, she doesn't specifically say no stroking after the second tease, but I think it's pretty heavily implied. Her first tease says "no touching without permission", and her second tease only gives permission during the tease. Lack of explicit permission makes me think she doesn't want any of the boys following her teases to be touching themselves unsupervised.

Perhaps if she's paying attention to this thread Little Lily could correct my logic, but until such a time I'll have to be satisfied with my morning rinse. You may refer to me as Goddess Lily if it makes you more comfortable. Little Lily is a nickname I have had since Primary School. Actually, my real name isn't even Lily. It's Emily, but I hate it, so I have always insisted on being called Lily, which is much prettier I think. And it definitely suits me, don't you think?

As for no touching, of course you aren't allowed to touch without my permission. You may only touch it when I say you can. Although, I will allow you to wash it, but I fully expect you to only touch it for the briefest amount of time when doing that. Don't drag out your washing just to get some relief.

Thank You for stopping by to clarify those couple points. As for washing it, I'm going to keep doing the soap suds and rinse thing. I woke up this morning with a hardon that just would not go down , and if I get anywhere near touching I'm afraid it wouldn't be quick.
