I think one tip is you need to get beyond the point where you are constantly in the danger that one more bit of stimulation will send you over the point of no return. I usually have a hard time edging because I end up reaching the orgasm, so, I usually last 20 or 30 minutes at maxumum. And on the first edge I usually fall.
However, this past weekend I was going to give this gooning thing a try, decided to try to last longer and make several edges -as I said, I find it difficult and, thus, I don’t like to edge too much-, but when I started looking for “gooning videos”, just like many of you said, they are rather disgusting. Not because of the “sissy” topics, or the feminization, but rather because of the use of extreme imaginery and over-the-top porn that, honestly, doesn’t turn me on. Ok, next week I give them a try, however I was looking for something a little more on the side of softcore and suggestive erotism rather than POV vanilla porn, but maybe it is not as rough as I thought, and I could give it a chance. Thank you!

You're not going to find too many gooning videos that are softcore - there are, but they are few. It's a subset, and you'll find them mostly aimed at denial and a strong humiliation component (not my thing). Even the best not-really-hardcore stuff out there from numberonefan, isn't softcore either.

Yeah, I have some Numberonefan videos downloaded. However, I stopped downloading and
consuming them because, despite the quality, towards the middle end, during the final third of the videos, he usually puts BDSM elements like latex suits, black masks and bondage elements, and honestly, that’s a turn off for me. I’ll look up the videos you mention tho.
Regarding what you said about the rabbit hole that is goonig for porn, maybe for some people escalating from softcore or even vanilla to some more extreme content is exciting. Not for me. If any of you want help reaching that gooning goal, I highly recommend watching the following videos before watching a full blown PMV goon video.

I think most of the responses here are over-complicating it. Very simply, gooning is simply only getting sexual pleasure from porn and consuming it a lot. The only other real definitive addition is not coming, but that’s not strictly necessary. Everything else like hardcore, edging, domination, etc are all not required but can be popular subsets of gooning. Again, all gooning is is absorbing lots and lots of porn.

Once upon a time, a friend of mine was a serious stoner. He knew his weed. He almost failed out of high school because of it. Luckily, he scraped by. Happy to say, he recovered from the cancer. He doesn't get medicinal weed any more, though he does use preferred weed, though only once in a while.
