See for me my opinion of softcore is more a focus on sensual scenery and light foreplay. In "softcore" I don't even have the no males stigma or no genitals of any kind stigma(that one is extremely out dated IMO). Example: a man/woman sees their significant other naked and then gets naked to join him/her and it progresses to mutual touching of each others bodies and or kissing (not genitals) as long as it doesn't progress to to anything that could be considered beyond mutual/sensual closeness (no 1 person pleasuring the other and no full on sex, sex can be implied though just not shown)

Examples: the showing of the complete form of a single human body, man or woman, clothed or nude. For me anything that fits the bill above I consider softcore.
