For your 1st task lets just build you up

- get your favorite video/picture gallery up and put on loop
- I want you to do the following until a total of 12 edges done (can be done in 1 go or 2 or 3 sets - min of 4 edges per set)
So 1 set of 4 is as below:

1 slow edge. stroke slowly and edge between minute 10-11. stroke shaft only. when on edge, you need stay on edge for 30secs but stroking cock-head only at any speed you like
1 minute rest
