I'm not trying to be rude here but did you check it even once before uploading it?
The encode quality is very low FYI, everything is extremely blurry. This is a shame because the ideas you have sound interesting.
h265 is still a sort of weird format and some (non vlc) players have trouble with it. 746mb is too small for 66 minutes of 1080p footage. I would say 2.5-3.5gb is a decent target to hit with h264 mp4.

I appreciate the feedback. I did spend a lot of time on this and like I said this is my first one so I'm learning the ropes here. I understand the frustration with a poor quality video. The small torrent finished downloading, but I realized it was downscaled to 480p. That the sort of videos, I watched back in 2005 
Nowadays with Giga-Bit-Internet and nearly unlimited cloud storage, I don't care about the file size at all.

Video compression can be tricky, and there's no shame in getting it wrong. Even some of the big studios do a terrible job of it! Essentially it's a trade-off between quality and file-size, but there are lots of options that let you get more bang for your buck. I'm not a handbrake user so I can't offer much advice with it (I use FFMPEG instead), but if you have any way of getting the uncompressed version to me I'll happily do a re-encode for you then either send it back or kick off a torrent. I finally managed to download the 13gb torrent, but the video is still only 480p! Before I spend two days downloading it, is the mega upload the same file, or have you re-exported it?
If it is the same file, I suggest going back to your video editing software and exporting the project again with different settings. It looks like you've set it to DVD quality, which will be huge AND low quality. If you let us know what software you've used to put it together, we'll be able to suggest some better settings.

I think I figured out the problem. My export settings in premier pro were set to 720x480 for some reason. I'll render again and re-post. thanks for your patience

I fixed the huge size, poor quality problem. Here's the updated file via torrent. I will also post a mega link and streaming links as soon as those finish up.
