Ran across this thread and decided I better help out.
Besides, I needed an excuse to do some stroking and edging.

First, I'll fire a few shots - let's say B2, C4 and F4. That fills all 7 in column 4 so activates a pirate. I'll try and remember to check in here and see if I hit anything else.
And if I read correctly this post gives you another day of denial right?

I also took on the Eva Lovia challenge for you. I set myself the goal of beating your 34 to add at least a few edges for you, and I managed 38. I was hoping for 40, but by the end I was too close to losing it myself. Still, that's another 4 edges for you.

I love the little game you've come up with for yourself btw. I'm always leary of trying something like this myself, but your idea of only allowing one post per person helps keep it from going on for too long, and the battleship idea was great.

And I guess I missworded it, because I meant that everyone can post anytime, but it only counts towards adding to my denial once, and you only get three ship shots, nothing more. I didn't mean for everyone to just have one go at it! You can always retry challenges and stuff like that! I feel kinda dumb now.

And that completes the right side pirate too! So I got added three more days and have to do that Sommer Ray 2048, fuck.

Any chance of you sharing the link to that 2048 game?

You quite underestimated how much warm up I have in my ablls already, edging 11 times to that was easy, but I loved the contribution!

Um, okay. Twice now I've sat down and replied to this then left without hitting the submit button, only to come back hours later and find I've been signed out and have to start over. Hopefully the third time is lucky.
