A Discord server already exists, with plenty of interested people already subscribed. I don't really like the idea to create a new one because it erases history and forces people to join again. As was mentioned previously, administrative credentials can be transferred to the new lead.

It is already created and people started to join, I see your point but we will go with the new server this time. This is not a big deal.

If you guys give me a release a bit early to test (couple days), I'll make a funscript for it and put it on EroScripts for free.

I'm not interested in managing people and if you want to take the lead that's great. I'm happy to manage the final assembly if that's needed. I have a lot of computer horsepower and can crunch through it pretty quickly. I will try to use dicord but I didn't like it in the past.

I don't know if it has been done yet but I think a hard definition on what is softcore and what is not would be a valuable starting place...at least for me it would be.

I will be glad that you manage the final assembly for sure and If you can trow a round in there that will be even more amazing. I discussed the definition of softcore to a short extend on the Discord server, we can discuss it further there if any more specification is required.

I asked members to present their idea for a round and give us a short demo to make sure it doesn't go too much astray from the rest of the project and the definition of softcore for that purpose.

With you on the assembly (intro/breaks/ending) and PL3B on the beatmeter and after effect visuals, I do not doubt the finishing will be amazing.

Softcore in this case means:

Solo only? No dicks? No masturbation?

The round I want to submit will probably have some sort of dark electro/EBSM type music and feature some aesthetic solo girl bondage/shiny scenes with a teasing focus. Nothing too intense, just cute girls in helpless positions. I will send you a sample some time.

I have no idea what I want to submit yet. I usually let the music drive a lot of the 'feel' of my videos. I'll start collecting music and see where that leads me. Don't hold me to it but right now I'm thinking about trying all amateur content (high quality, almost studio quality).

For deadline, the last episode took eternity and one more eternity to get out, and my take is that it was purely procrastination at that point. I will put a deadline at january 4 to submit all material for compilation. If it is not submit by this date, it doesn't make the cut, I don't mind to have a collaboration of 2 men if it means getting the project out before Ragnarok. Im sure everybody can do that easily, we are not talking about sending a shuttle in space here.

I have 3 submissions up till now, one is Soft rock, the other is mosly classical music and the last one is boom boom electronic but nothing too crazy so basically same thing for music, nothing too dark, nothing off beat or gloom, crazy fast or agressive.

For me, softcore means having the focus on teasing, not sex. So, anything where the main focus is on the genitals could not be considered softcore. However, it would be interesting to know how the ending is planned to be. A bit of masturbation could be ok for the very final rounds if it's needed progresion wise. That is up to the creators' taste. We can always share a fast demo an decide together each case.

Idk that would be procrastination. We certainly can't have that in our porn video editing.

That is a full month to do a 4 mins round, and there will be christmas leave in that period. You are all big boys and I believe in your capacity to deliver the product in a timely manners.

Think about the people that want the final product too. If it lingers for too long the hype goes down and the final product is not received with the same attention because people don't really care anymore.

Seeing the product taking form in a timely manners is also a big boost on motivation for the producers, it is fun to see it take place rapidly and not wait for 1 or 2 guys that you don't even know if they will one day deliver or not.
