Near 10/10 execution.

In terms of the technical production of the video, I agree with others that this is superb. The beats seem varied and well matched to the music and each individual scene is well chosen. Kudos to you on that.

However, I feel like the video misses the mark on the "softer", teasing elements of a video:

1) It doesn't feel like it has much progression. The second round has a bunch of solo masturbation, the same as the penultimate round. And the fourth round is blowjobs, the same as the final round. I don't necessarily think that a CH needs to be strictly ordered by intensity, but I think it does need to feel like it's generally headed into deeper waters as time goes on.

2) The video lacks a unifying theme. Within each round, it feels like the clips dissolve into a collection of pretty girls doing sort-of similar things. Between rounds, there is nothing that ties them together at all, really; they could each be an individual PMV and it would flow about the same.

3) The "narration" feels too mechanical. I know it's meant to be purely instructional and unobtrusive, but to me it just acts to consistently take me out of the moment. I think my favorite narration was from long, long ago in Andyp's videos, where there was kind of a good cop/bad cop vibe that gradually devolved into a bad cop/bad cop situation as the video progressed. It felt like you were being challenged not to give up in spite of everything, whereas this felt more indifferent to the whole challenge/tease aspect of a CH. For instance, the whole "cum now or wait for next round" mechanic seems pointless to me. Of course I can cum now or wait, I don't need you to tell me that, that's the point of the whole endeavor! A simple "please don't cum yet baby, can't you hold out a little longer?" would be much more effective.

As a result, I got bored maybe 70% of the way through the video, skimmed the rest, then moved on to something else. These problems certainly aren't unique to your video, it's just your video that inspired me to write this because it felt so well made otherwise that I got a bit frustrated with it. Maybe I've just watched too many of these videos now and I need a break, I don't know.

Regardless, thank you for making this, and I hope you keep making more.

For some reason from the intro I thought it was all going to be softcore until the very end. So it surprised me when the 'how about a head' round started. I noticed something very interesting... at least for myself.. I've only been watching the Audition/Girlfriends/Psytrance Hero series lately and now I'm not turned on by hardcore scenes, the dick is just in the way for me now and I only want to see the women. Which, to me, seems way more healthy and is something I'm happy about.

I felt like the beats were hard to follow at times but I'm still only 15 minutes in. Going to finish now, just wanted to comment because that portion of it really surprised me.

The music is excellent.

Finally! Cant wait to watch this later! This is probably the only release i've been checking the site for consistently pretty much everyday since you announced it haha!

edit: OH MY GOD! I just quickly went through it a bit just to see how it looked. THIS IS PERFECT! This is the sort of video I end up always coming back to! Havent watched the whole thing, but it's fantastic from the little i've seen! Amazing work! Great music too! I enjoyed the Molly Stewart section so much I lasted to the end credits and then skipped back to Molly to finally release.

At 39:59, the on screen label says 1-1 Normal but the beat meter and beat sound are really 1-1-3. Then, it switches to 7's with no label. I go by the beat sound first, then beat meter if I can't hear the beat sound or a beat sound doesn't exist. Last, I go by labels if there's no beat sound and no beat meter.

I enjoyed it a lot, but I have to say that I didn't like the two blowjob/cumshot rounds, and not just because I don't like that type of content (I don't), but because I've already seen most of those captions on a dozen Cock Heros as well.

But, aside from those two rounds, the overall work is not only excellent with a good video edition, but the girls are really gorgeous as it is the quality of the scenes.

I'm really happy that most of you have enjoyed Freedom As I've stated earlier, the whole creation proccess is so arousing for me, that playing with the final product is less exciting then the proccess itself. Knowing that other people can enjoy it though is a good motivation though and I'm really grateful for your kind words!

I would like to address the critique as well - it's also very important for me. I'm lurking quite a lot on this forum and although I don't like to argue about what's best for Cock Heroes, it gives me some clues about what can be improved on the conceptual level when I start with a new video.

I had this type of progression in my previous creations. I wanted to try something else here. There is a lot of older CH where almost each round ends with cumshots/facials/creampies and I'm not saying that this is wrong or right, but clearly progression is not the only way that it can go. On the other hand, there are brilliant CH's like Descent or Duro where you get to see the first pair of titties after 10 minutes or so. I like to play just those rounds without the intro sometimes and I had the same idea here: to make this a 40 minute CH challenge or a collection of rounds that I can replay if I feel like it. So I disagree that CH needs to be anything: it certainly can, but it doesn't have to. I'm getting a bit defensive here, because I have stated it clearly in the description: it's a different type of video

That also feels quite strange to me. The sort-of similar things argument could be used for porn in general. I've tried to pick the videos from same or similar sites for each round, or at least link them by... theme (schoolgirls, twistys TOTMs, sinful etc.). digitalparkinglot suggested same problem during betatesting, but something has changed his mind. I'm not saying that there is a theme to the whole video, because there isn't, but I have some problems understanding how it could be different then a collection of dot dot dot. In fact, for me the very essence of CH is that it's a collection of pretty girls doing sort-of similar things, while music and beat tell me how to enjoy it Also, I'm not aiming to do an excellent, artistic CH: I want to make something playable, use my favourite clips, and search for similar content.

Well, I can't apologize for not being Andyp There's only few instructions throughout the whole challenge that are not just beat indicators and those are meant to clarify what I, as a creator expect from the player. Which takes us to the next question:

To be honest, you can do whatever to do with Cock Hero: if you play it backwards and stroke during red light only or you want to play every second round, just do it. Don't get me wrong: I see where your arguments are going, I just feel it's a critique of something because it's not something that you had expected. For me, Cock Hero is a complex JOI video and I agree to lose certain amount of freedom. Narration aspect makes a lot of sense when you have a main character, one girl or some kind of sophisticated Fantasy or Canto type of story, but it's not a case here.

This is very interesting point. I was thinking about it for a while and decided to go for it, because MHBHJ is one of my favourite sites and I really wanted to use some of that content. It's also pretty consitent with the angle, light and quality. But I know that you are addressing the broader perspective, which is reusing videos. I could do something about it before the final release, now I will just keep it in mind for future work .

For specific content empornium, but also HD streaming sites like hqporner or eporner. Next time I'll try to use newer scenes. Personally, I don't see this as a disadvantage, but I understand why it can be seen that way.

For beats - Ableton Live, for beatmeter After Effects with pl3b's script from here: viewtopic.php?f=25&t=19984. I find this script super handy. Once you solve some minor issues like wrong audio threshold or occasional double beat, it allows you to do the dirty job in minutes. I use Vegas for editing.
