It was a figure of speech. They seem to have an automatic takedown system the gets better with time. IP change every time from some ISP, so just a new email will do (or just use 3xTripleXXX's gmail tip HERE).

Wondering if I've been "soft banned" or something. Like I still have full access to my account, but I just realized that none of the comments I write (I try to respond to comments on my vids) are showing for anyone but me. Logged in, all my replies are there, but if I go to the same videos without logging in, none of them are.

This happened to me as well when I created my account, and before I had uploaded anything. I reported it and they fixed it. So maybe it just is a bug. Send them a mail and you will get the answer.

Thanks. I tried submitting a bug report to support, so we'll see if they do anything. How long did it take them to answer?

Same thing happened to me after CH Super Impossible was first taken down. I also couldn't upload any videos. They'd actually upload, but would never finish processing and neve showed up. I just figured it was on account of the takedown and created a new account. I tried uploading CH Super Impossible there too and it was also taken down, but my account remained fully functional. First I thought it was some sort of soft ban, like you said, but now I'm thinking it may just have been a bug. But I feel kinda weird asking PH for tech support while simultaneously trying to dodge their takedown system. :P

Just created two new accounts. Both buggy. Messaging not working. Comments not working. Has now happened to all three of my accounts. Starting to suspect that this is intentional, but I fail to see the reasoning behind it

not sure if anybody else has tested this theory but try uploading content to ph with original music (non copyright.) Tbh i'd be interested in seeing if this is what's getting tagged

Never happened to me. But all of my creations are marked as private, and only friends are allowed to see them (easily accomplished by simply adding me). Making them public will almost guarantee them being taken down at some point. This is despite using quite a few layers of filters and cropping.

honestly it wouldnt surprise me if they're getting flagged because of the music opposed to the actual porn content. i mean anything in most ch videos is already upped on pornhub already. personally i've only ever noticed dmcas coming from the music industry over the years.

Nah, it's more commonly the porn companies on PH. No idea how closely the music industry is watching PH, but very often when you click in on a video that's been taken down, it'll say specifically which company requested the takedown. Each time I've noticed that, it's been one of the porn companies.

I've been having some enormous fun with PH. First they shut down my premium account without any reason, then they refuse to refund me the outstanding 3 months I had on an annual subscription. So I decided to put in a GDPR Subject Access Request - after weeks of arguing, they now claim they have no record of me ever having an account - so it's off to the regulator I go to report them for failing to store personal data appropriately.
I'd warn anyone thinking of paying for PH Premium or trusting them in any way to be very wary. I'm not quite sure if they're immensely incompetent or out and out criminals.
