I haven't been able to download teases with TeaseMe for some time now so I use the GuideMe downloader.
One thing I've noticed...when I download, the image directory and the xml's will have hyphens between every word. The updated xml's point to a directory without hyphens so I have to edit it or remove the hyphens from the image directory.
