This is a really old estim track that was created by stlucifer when I originally posted this video. I'm pretty sure all his stuff is triphase, so I'd recommend trying common to head, Left+ to base of shaft, Right+ to under balls or prostate.

For "StL" files (by StLucifer), a lot of setups work, and it does not need to be triphase.
I like
- A+ head, B+ balls/base, Common anal
- A+ head, A- perineum, B- balls/base, B+ anal -- not tri-phase
- same as above but tri-phase by connecting A- to B- -- I throw my triphase switch during session
- A+ head, B+ anal tip (tip of bipolar anal plug), Common on Y-splitter to perineum and anal rim of bipolar plug
